Then it evaluates only the criteria relevant to that outcome against your custom rubric. Each criterion gets a score with specific transcript evidence showing exactly why. The result is a weighted 0–100 score with strengths, improvements, and key moments — delivered in under 60 seconds.
We integrate natively with Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, Fathom, and Microsoft Teams. Recordings and transcripts are processed automatically via webhooks — no manual uploads. Yes. You create rubrics with as many criteria as you need, each with its own weight, max score, scoring guidance, and key indicators. You can also make criteria conditional — only applied when the call has a specific outcome. Scoring rules let you auto-assign different rubrics based on the phone number dialed or the rep’s email, so cold calls and support calls are evaluated differently.
After every scored call, AI extracts contacts (name, email, phone, title, role), companies, deal signals (budget, timeline, pain points, competitors), and follow-up tasks from the transcript. High-confidence extractions (85%+) are created in your CRM automatically. Borderline extractions are saved for your review with visual confidence bars and inline editing. Yes. Every tenant’s data is fully isolated — no cross-organization access is possible. We use JWT authentication, HMAC-SHA256 webhook verification, and SHA-256 hashed API key storage.
